The Bundanoon Folk Festival Association wants to create a festival of fun and smiles, where we care for others and ourselves. Please follow the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
By purchasing a ticket, or receiving a ticket as a performer, or as our guest, you acknowledge and accept the full terms and conditions in your personal capacity and on behalf of any other member of a band or group you are applying for, and for any accompanying minor.
In addition to any terms and conditions applicable to ticket buyers, any person entering the Bundanoon Folk Festival venues and camp site as a Volunteer, Performer, Stallholder, Contractor or in any other capacity, agrees to abide by any other terms and conditions that form part of an agreement between that person and the Association.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Bundanoon Folk Festival Association Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. The Association accepts no responsibility for any personal property loss, damage or breakage under any circumstances.
Injury at Events
The Bundanoon Folk Festival Association uses existing grounds, buildings, roadways and pathways, in and around Bundanoon on an “as is basis” and subject to existing faults (if any), the current condition and state of repair, of those facilities.
To the extent permitted by law, BFFA disclaims all liability for any injuries or death sustained, however caused, during the running of the BFF.
If you or a child under your supervision are injured, immediately ask a volunteer for assistance, go to the first aid tent or contact an emergency service.
Festival Etiquette
It is a condition of entry to the Festival site that patrons and Festival participants:
are mindful of their surroundings and respectful of the festival community;
are respectful of others and their property and do not interfere with, damage or cause harm to any others or their property;
from 12pm onwards, noise in camping areas designated as quiet zones must cease.
drunk, abusive, inconsiderate and intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated anywhere within the Festival venues and campground. The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or evict a person, without prior warning, whose manner is inappropriate, offensive, dangerous or illegal.
Youth Policy
Proof of age ID will be requested when collecting a youth wristband. The youth must be under 18 on last day of Festival and must be accompanied by a Guardian.
A Guardian is determined to be a responsible adult, aged 25 years or older (with valid proof of age identification if requested) who will:
be at the Festival site at all times that youth in their care are at the Festival
be contactable by mobile phone at all times that youth in their care are at the Festival
advise youth in their care of the consequences of breaches of the Terms and Conditions
provide their name and contact details and the name/s of youth in their care, which is to be recorded at the Ticket Office prior to entry to the Festival site.
Ticket Refunds
Treat your ticket as carefully as cash. This is your proof of purchase.
There are no refunds. The Festival will be held in all weather conditions unless so extreme they constitute a public health and safety risk. Pandemic restrictions imposed by the NSW Government may cause the cancellation of the event, including last-minute cancellation.
Wristbands
You must present your ticket voucher in exchange for a coloured wristband at the Festival Ticket Office, in the Goods Shed, Railway Avenue, Bundanoon. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Wristbands are monitored and people without 2023 wristbands will be asked to leave venues and/or campground.
Performers, stallholders, complimentary ticket holders also register at the Festival Ticket Office to receive their wristband.
Volunteer wristbands are issued at a location to be decided.
Children must also wear a wristband and be supervised by their parents / guardians at all times.

Site Access
There is NO PUBLIC ACCESS to the Festival venues except for authorised personnel, volunteers and performers, prior to 12.00pm Friday at the commencement of the festival
Camping start date - you may access the camp ground for earlier dates by prior arrangement.
Licensing Conditions and Alcohol
The Bundanoon Folk Festival is determining its licence provisions.

Only authorised vehicles are permitted onto the campground. These include:

People with a government issued disability parking permit (disability parking is located within the site). Please see staff in the Ticket Office if you require assistance.
Information about On-site camping
We ask all campers to remember that this is a folk music festival.
There will be a designated quiet zone camping area but if you are likely to be disturbed by people sessioning into the early hours of the morning and starting up early the next day please do not camp on-site but take advantage of the local caravan and camping areas in the surrounding areas. Our Festival is an opportunity for musicians to play together and there will be late night sessions. To ensure your sleep, please bring good ear plugs or do not camp on-site.
Fires
F (ie starts with 'Fire bans are strictly observed.’). The camp ground is located on a Carriage Club site which is used by many other local community groups and for horse events. There will be designated fire pits provided. Please do the right thing by NOT lighting fires at your campsite. You will be asked to shut down any fires.
Campers’ Waste and Recycling
We’d be very grateful if you would take your garbage home with you to help reduce our costs and your ticket prices.
Camping at a Glance
Camping is only available for weekend ticket holders and must be pre-purchased on line before arriving at the festival.
Fees must be paid before you can enter the Showground.
Day car parking area is available for non-campers.
Campers’ vehicles must have a Vehicle Pass displayed at all times.
Campers under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult camper (Guardian) over the age of 25.
Caravans and RVs are welcome and must be positioned in designated areas TBC.
CAMPING TICKETS MUST BE PREPURCHASED. Please be aware that camping spaces are limited and once they are sold out, no more camping tickets can be made available for sale.
All campers must be respectful and considerate of their neighbours and the environment.
Powered sites
There are some powered sites available.
No Glass
The Festival has a strict No Glass policy in the entertainment area. People with glass bottles will be told to bin them.
Smoke Free Festival
In accordance with NSW Government regulations the Festival venues are smoke-free.
Pets
NO PETS are permitted at the Festival including in the camping areas. Accredited assistance animals excepted by prior arrangement with festival organisers. Please don’t turn up with pets as you will not be able to bring them onto the festival sites and you will be asked to leave.
Footwear
FOOTWEAR must be worn at all times.
Program
The Festival reserves the right to vary the advertised artists and/or program. Changes to the program will be advertised around the site.
Waste
The Festival is aiming to be a ZERO LANDFILL 5-star WasteWise event.
Please take your garbage home with you or sort all your rubbish before putting in the bins. To achieve ZERO LANDFILL we need to take NO WASTE to landfill. If everyone washes their single use plastic and takes it home, we might be able to return ZERO WASTE to the tip. Please do all you can to help us achieve this.
FESTIVAL ORGANISERS are all volunteers. We do all we can to make the Festival fun and enjoyable for all. We treat all Festival goers with respect and expect respect in return.
